Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted at time of treatment including other extended financial arrangements with approved credit. We are not a PPO/Managed Care office as we believe our doctor/patient relationship with you is most valuable. Therefore we refuse to allow insurance companies to dictate or advise us regarding limits to ideal patient care.
Our obligation is to offer our best care, skill and judgement to you, our treasured patient.... not to an insurance company that is more concerned with profitability than your health care. We will however be happy to assist you with the filing of your claims electronically.
Credentials:
Dr. Negru is a member of numerous professional organizations. He is a member in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry.
He has received life-time membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Society. Dr. Negru is an alumnus of the prestigious Las Vegas institute for Advanced Dental Studies and has attended advanced courses at L. D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida.
Dr. Negru received his dental degree (DDS) from the Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry in 1996 and has been in private practice since 1997. He is also a member of Oregon and Washington County dental associations and the American Dental Association.
